Right of withdrawal
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
NB:
Goods subject to sales or promotions cannot be returned.
In the event of a return of items in an order for which shipping costs have been paid, these will not be refunded.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Customer is given the right to exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of ordering the purchased goods .

In which the following are indicated:
subject of the request (REFUND - ITEM EXCHANGE), Name and Surname, Address, Order number, Telephone.
As soon as this communication is sent, the Customer must send, at his own expense and with a courier of his choice, the product he intends to return, including in the shipment a printout of the email sent. The shipping address is: Stuff Boutique in Via Amendola 25 - 46028 Sermide (MN)
ATTENTION: goods purchased with KLARNA are NOT subject to refund.
Once the returned product has been received, Stuff Boutique will proceed to:

REFUND: by bank transfer of the price paid for the product/products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, provided that the goods subject to withdrawal have been received by the company, or unequivocal proof of shipment by courier has been provided. In this case, the email and the related printout must also specify the IBAN code and the holder of the current account to which the refund transfer is requested.

ITEM EXCHANGE: when the item arrives at the office, the exchange will be sent without additional costs. In this case, in the email and in the relative printout, it must be specified that you intend to proceed with the item exchange and the desired item.
The customer will be held responsible, and therefore not compensable, for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a handling other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. For products for personal use, for hygienic and health reasons it is not possible to return products already used.
All risks relating to the transport of the returned product are borne by the Customer.
