Return Policy
We are pleased to offer you the possibility to return products purchased on our website. Please read the following return conditions carefully.
Legal Notice:
In accordance with Article 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, please note that some of our products may be subject to exceptions as indicated.
To exercise this right, the customer must send, within the indicated terms, an email to the address: stuff.comunicazioni@gmail.com
In which the following are indicated: name and surname, order number, telephone number and subject of the request (return or exchange of item).
As soon as such communication has been sent, the Customer must ship, at his own expense and with a courier of his choice, the item he intends to return, including in the shipment the return form sent by Us together with the order.

- The return must take place within 14 days of the order and must reach our offices within the same period.

Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case where the item sent is faulty or damaged.
- Shipping of a replacement for a returned item is also at the customer's expense.
Return Exceptions:
- No refunds are made, only exchanges for items purchased with the Klarna payment method.
- Goods subject to sales or promotions cannot be returned and/or exchanged.
Conditions of Return Items:
- All items must have the original tag and not have been washed or perfumed in any way. They must be carefully packaged, not stained or excessively wrinkled.
- For jewelry, it is necessary that they are correctly packaged with bubble wrap, in order to avoid the risk of damage during shipping.
Return Acceptance:
- These rules are necessary conditions for the acceptance of the return.
- As soon as we receive the goods, after a careful check on our part, we will contact the Customer and then proceed according to his wishes by issuing a voucher, a refund or an item exchange if available.
- NB: in the event that the will is to change the item, it is not possible for us to reserve the chosen items while waiting for the return to arrive.
Customer Responsibility:
- The customer will be held responsible, and therefore not compensable, for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
- For personal use products, for hygiene and health reasons, it is not possible to return products that have already been used.
